Estimate Terms & Conditions

Parts and Labor estimates are valid for 30 days from the estimate date.

By approving your vehicle's estimate:

• You hereby confirm that you are the authorized individual to make decisions regarding repairs and accept financial responsibility for the vehicle.

• You hereby authorize the selected inspections, diagnostics, and repair items to be completed along with the necessary parts and materials as listed.

• You hereby grant permission to operate the vehicle herein described on streets, highways, or elsewhere for the purpose of testing and/or inspection.

• You understand and agree that diagnostic fees for testing computers and other vehicle systems are non-refundable and are due regardless of whether you proceed with the repair or decline to complete it.

• You understand that after seven (7) days of a completed repair or diagnostic, towing and/or storage fees of up to $50.00 per day may be charged on any vehicle left on the property. 

• You understand that approved and completed work is covered under Yeargan's Top Notch Automotive, Inc. Services Warranty.

SERVICES WARRANTY:  Yeargan’s Top Notch Automotive, Inc. warrants that the Services will be performed in a good and workmanlike manner and in accordance with automotive industry standards. The "Services Warranty" is valid nationwide for a period of 36 months or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first, from the date the Services are performed. Yeargan's Top Notch Automotive Inc. has a NO return/refund policy on diagnostics, services, and repairs. The Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy, and Yeargan’s Top Notch Automotive, Inc.’s entire liability under the Services Warranty, is the repair or replacement of any nonconforming portion of the Services that were provided by Yeargan's Top Notch Automotive, Inc. or an authorized Technet shop.
