For those of you who have stopped by the shop for service or just to chat, you may have noticed some big changes. Never fear; we are still the same family-owned business you have come to love. We are just focusing more on you, our customers, and providing top-notch quality from your trusted hometown shop. So, what's going on?
We are Growing
We have expanded our shop by another bay. We will be hiring a general service technician to provide more opportunities for our customers to have oil changes, inspections, and alignments done sooner.
We added a new Service Writer, Tom Sedlak, to our office team to help facilitate your customer experience with faster check-ins/outs, faster work estimates, and to ensure someone is always available to assist you and answer your questions.
By adding a new office team member, we realized the need for an office remodel. We reorganized the office a bit and updated our furniture to a more modern and functional style with adjustable work stations that provide flexibility for our daily work and accommodate our customers who may have disabilities.
The worldwide pandemic has brought new challenges to business owners trying to take care of their customers' needs. With the limited space in our office, we are doing our best to provide you with a safe customer experience. That is why we built an outdoor waiting area so that proper social distancing can take place for those of you who need to wait for your service. Our new outdoor deck has a retractable awning and ample space to hang out in the fresh air while still enjoying our complimentary WiFi.
It's all about Learning
At the end of 2019, we enrolled with the automotive training industry leader, Automotive Training Institute (ATI). As part of the ATI Re-Engineering program, we at Yeargan's Automotive are investing in educating our Service Technicians, our Management Team, and Service representatives. This means we are focused on ensuring we provide you with top-notch service while staying on top of industry standards for safety, service, and quality. Even with over 28 years of business experience, there's always something to learn, especially in the automotive industry!
Some of you may have noticed we upgraded our shop communication tools to include up-to-date texts, detailed explainer videos for issues we found on your vehicle, and thorough digital vehicle inspections and estimates. Each of these is designed to help educate you about your vehicle and its maintenance. By educating each of you, we are preparing you for safer driving and lower repair bills. How? Because you will be able to recognize issues before they become a safety hazard and result in a large, unexpected repair bill.
Did You Know?
Here are a few other benefits that we've added. Did you know that we now offer a 36-month, 36,000-mile nationwide warranty through Technet (it used to be 24/24)? How about our very own exclusive Lifetime Brake Pad Warranty? What about our Tire Protection Plan? Did you hear about our oil change rewards card? Remember to check our website, www.yeargansauto.com, periodically for specials, new services, news updates, and information about what we are up to! You can also stop by or call to ask about any of these items.
We hope to see you soon for regular maintenance, new tires, or that pesky check engine light!
Sincerely,
Bryan and Liesa Yeargan
