If you haven't been to the office for a while, there are some BIG changes happening. No, the business hasn't been sold, we are the same family-owned and operated automotive shop you've come to trust over the past 28 years! We are pleased to introduce the addition of a new service writer, Tom Sedlak. With so many wonderful customers to take care of, Bryan decided he needed some help making sure that everyone has the best service experience possible.
Tom brings with him many years of experience in the automotive and customer service industry from his former roles with Snap-On. Some of you around the community may already know Tom and his charming personality. Stop by and give him a warm Yeargan's family welcome!
In other news... with Tom joining the team, we also decided it is time to refresh the office to add a bit more space. We are trying our best to keep things operating smoothly and as close to normal as possible and we definitely appreciate your patience during our renovation.
Coming soon... if you have been by the shop recently you may have noticed that we have added a third service bay. We will be onboarding a new general service technician in the next few months to be able to provide you with more convenient appointments for oil changes, alignments, inspections, and more! Keep an eye out for more info in the coming months!
